- Lost or Forgotten Items Policy at AKZARA GROUP

GRUPO AKZARA is not responsible for lost and/or forgotten items in its facilities. However, it has designed a Lost or Forgotten Items Policy, allocating a place to store them, so that its clients have the possibility of recovering them within a certain period of time.

Purpose: The Spa's Lost and Forgotten Property Policy is intended to safeguard any "items/garments" that its clients may misplace, lose or forget in its facilities. The goods will be kept by the Spa for the period specified in this document, so that they can be returned to their owner.

Location: Lost or forgotten items will be stored in the human resources department, under the custody of the Human Resources Coordinator, for a period of 3 months from the date of delivery to the office. Unhealthy, harmful, dangerous or perishable items such as food or similar items, as well as chemical products, medicines, or those containing living organisms or organic matter, will not be stored.

Procedure: When a person at the Spa, a member of the community or an employee of Grupo Akzara finds a lost or forgotten object in the Spa facilities, they must hand it over to reception. There they will be asked to fill out a form with the description of the object, place and date of delivery to Grupo Akzara. This form must be signed by the person delivering it and by the staff receiving it. If the object is marked or there is any indication of who the possible owner is, a search will be carried out in the reservation system, in order to find the contact information and guarantee its recovery and return to the respective owner.

Delivery: Lost items will be delivered only at the spa reception, during the following hours: Monday to Friday from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and Saturdays from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. To do so, the owner must present documentation that validates his or her identity, along with evidence of his or her possession or a detailed description of the item and sign the delivery form with name, ID and date of receipt, a copy of which will be duly delivered to the owner. For users who cannot come to pick up the lost item in person, they may authorize a third party and attach a photocopy of the ID of the owner of the item and the person authorized to claim the item, by letter or email addressed to the Spa with all the requirements and the internal delivery form, to the following addresses:

Email: spakzara@gmail.com
Address: Carrera 36 No.1 sur 75

Safekeeping, storage and destruction: Lost items will remain classified and in the human resources department under the management of the Human Resources Coordinator for three (3) months, a period that starts from the date of receipt of these. Once this period has elapsed, the objects that have not been claimed during this period of time will be donated to non-profit entities or foundations, at the sole discretion of Grupo Akzara, or will be delivered to whoever found it or expressed interest in having it.

Despite the security measures implemented by the Spa, the care of personal items is the exclusive responsibility of their owner.
