RESERVATION, CANCELLATION AND RETURN POLICIES

Dear customer, please read the policies.

When making a service purchase through any of our sales channels (website, WhatsApp, in person at our points of sale), it is necessary to let us know if you want your electronic invoice to be in the name of the buyer, or in the name of a third party (natural person or legal entity-company), otherwise, the electronic invoice for the purchased service will be issued in the name of the person who purchased the service or was registered in our in-person and online sales channels.

If you are going to pay for your reservation by credit card, please attach your ID or passport to validate the ownership of the card.

The reservation will only be effective after confirming that you have paid at least 50% of the value of the service.

For our current 2x1 offers, 100% of the offer value must be paid.

You can make changes and/or cancellations as many times as you need, but they must always be made at least 24 business hours in advance if it is Monday to Friday (not holidays).

Reservations for Saturdays, Sundays and/or holidays must be cancelled at least 48 hours in advance.

For cancellations with less than 24/48 hours notice (depending on the day booked) an extra charge of 30% will be generated on the total value of the service, which must be paid before rescheduling.

For appointments cancelled less than 12 hours in advance and up to 3 hours before the start time, an extra charge of 40% of the total value will be generated.

For no - show appointments, the entire amount paid will be forfeited.

RETURNS:

For our rituals with a special price or rituals on a 2x1 offer, refunds are not applicable, as this is a promotional rate. The client may reschedule the appointment during the following 6 months. If the client does not wish to enjoy the purchased service, a virtual voucher will be generated for the amount paid.

For our other services with a normal rate, refunds will be made if the holder (payer) so requires, up to 5 days after the purchase; in this case, 15% of the amount paid will be charged for processing.

After 5 days the refund does not apply, the client will have 6 months to use the service or a bonus may also be generated for the amount paid.

GIFT CERTIFICATES:

To make a reservation, the unique ID of the certificate must be provided.

They are not redeemable for money

They must be presented to schedule

They cannot be redeemed for services other than the one purchased.

If your service is for gift certificate redemption, it is important to note that it is valid for use until the date printed on the card, and it is important to note that reservations must be made in advance, due to availability of appointments.

Expired gift certificates can only be rescheduled during the following month (1 month after the expiration date) by paying 20% of the value of the service. After this time, they will expire completely.

The data provided at the time of booking your appointment will not be provided to third parties and will only be used by Grupo Akzara SAS
